Important price information

• Additional charge per person/day in apartment: Euro 15.00
• Bed for children Euro 10.00/day in the high-season
• Children 0-3 years free
• Children 3-7 years: Euro 10.00
• From 7 years: Euro 15.00
• Final cleaning: Euro 40.00
• The sauna may only be booked privately. Euro 17.00 for up to 4 people.

Cancellation:

Surely you understand that in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure we have to charge a certain price for your booked apartment. The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the rooms are partially or fully sublet. Cancellation is only valid in writing.

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
• For cancellations within 30 to 3 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
• For cancellations within 2 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
• In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.early departure or late arrival, No-Show the entire accommodation costs
